- Workshop 1: Developing a Partnership between Board of Directors and Component Staff. Led by Glenn Tecker, Tecker International Consulting, Chairman & Co-CEO, Yardley, PA. Both the component executive and the component president and/or president-elect must attend together.
- Workshop 2: Implicit Bias and Its Impact on Leadership and Decision Making. Led by Dr. Shirley Davis CSP, President and CEO, SDS Global Enterprises, Tampa.
